If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
Before returning any item, you must first request a return form from our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
The completed return form must be included inside the package. If the form is not fully completed, we are unable to process your return request.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must:

Include all original tags and labels

Show no signs of wear or use

Be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to believe the items have been used or damaged due to customer handling.

The address listed on our website is not a return address. All returns must be authorized through customer service first.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must include a tracking number (at your own expense).

You must email a photo of the tracking number on the day the return is shipped.

The printed return form must be included inside the package.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

Products must be returned in original packaging.

Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Personal care products
These items cannot be returned and will not be processed.
