When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 4 to 15 business days. In most cases, orders arrive within approximately 7 business days.
We ship directly from our supplier. We do this intentionally — it allows us to reduce storage and transportation costs, which helps us keep our margins low and offer competitive pricing and regular promotions.
This model is also more sustainable. Fewer intermediary steps mean reduced emissions and less waste.
Please note: delivery times may occasionally vary slightly, as we rely in part on third-party shipping carriers.
My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur during transit.
If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
