Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team to request a return form. You can email us at:

The completed return form must be included in the package along with your invoice. If the form is incomplete, we will not be able to process your return request.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original labels and tags

  • Show no signs of use

  • Be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to believe the items have been used or damaged due to customer handling.

The address listed on our website is not a return or visitor address.
You must always request a return form from our customer service team before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Conditions

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The return shipment must include a tracking number (at your own expense).

  • You must email a photo of the tracking number on the day the return is shipped.

  • The printed return form must be included inside the package.

  • Products must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Hosiery

  • Personal care products

These items cannot be returned and will not be processed.

Products are inspected upon return. Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
