Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-Off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and who enters into a distance agreement with the merchant.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous Transaction: A distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.
Durable Medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or merchant to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s ability to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Merchant: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded within a system organized by the merchant for the remote sale of goods and/or services, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.
Distance Communication Technology: Any means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and merchant being physically present together at the same time.
Terms & Conditions: The present Terms & Conditions of the merchant.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the merchant and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the merchant and the consumer.
Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the merchant will indicate how the Terms & Conditions may be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions will be made available electronically in such a way that they can easily be stored on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms, the most favorable provision for the consumer shall prevail in case of conflicting conditions.
If one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Situations not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of these Terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The merchant reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
Product descriptions are complete and accurate. Images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the merchant.
All images, specifications, and information are indicative and may not give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Prices exclude import duties and VAT where applicable. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Each offer includes information regarding:

Shipping costs (if applicable)

The method of payment

Delivery terms
-
Whether the right of withdrawal applies

The validity period of the offer

Archiving of the agreement (if applicable)

Available sizes, colors, and materials (if applicable)
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the merchant will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
The merchant reserves the right to refuse orders or impose special conditions where justified.
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel the agreement within 30 days without providing a reason.
The cooling-off period begins on the day the consumer (or designated representative) receives the product.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the merchant in writing (email is sufficient) within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must then be returned within 30 days.
Proof of timely return may be required.
If no withdrawal is communicated within the stated period, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received or proof of return is supplied.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

Custom-made products
-
Personalized items
-
Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

Perishable goods
-
Sealed hygiene items once unsealed

Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed
Services may also be excluded if performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent.
Article 9 – Prices
Prices will not increase during the stated validity period, except due to changes in VAT or legal requirements.
The merchant reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
All prices are subject to typographical errors.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
The merchant guarantees that products comply with the agreement and reasonable standards of quality.
Manufacturer warranties do not affect statutory consumer rights.
Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
The warranty does not apply if:

The product has been modified or repaired by the consumer or a third party

The product has been misused or handled improperly
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible and no later than 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified.
Risk of damage or loss remains with the merchant until delivery.
Article 12 – Duration, Termination, and Extension
Consumers may terminate agreements of indefinite duration at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.
Fixed-term agreements may not be automatically extended unless legally permitted.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 business days after the cooling-off period begins.
The consumer must report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery.
The merchant will respond within 30 days.
Complaints do not suspend payment obligations unless agreed in writing.
Article 15 – Governing Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
